We are not a real estate agency and we are not a transaction intermediary.

Sources and accuracy

• Data comes from public sources and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated.
• Prices, availability, and descriptions may change at any time.

Transactions and responsibility

• All transactions happen outside Map Syndicat, directly with the source or seller.
• You remain responsible for your own decisions and verification steps.

Acceptable use

• Do not use bots, automated scraping, or unauthorized access methods.
• Do not bypass security controls or disrupt the service.

User-Generated Content

• You are responsible for the content (photos, texts, contacts) you post.
• We reserve the right to moderate, hide, or remove any inappropriate or duplicated content without prior notice.
• We do not intermediate user communications. You share public contact information at your own risk.
